Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service govern the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of RANDOMLTS CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to as "RANDOMLTS"), its members, and non-members regarding the use of the RANDOMLTS service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), which is operated by RANDOMLTS.

Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "Service" refers to all services provided through RANDOMLTS, including its related websites and applications, operated and managed by RANDOMLTS.
2. "Member" refers to an individual who agrees to these Terms of Service, registers for the Service, and is assigned an account.
3. The Service operates on a Referral-only registration-basis. Non-referral-members cannot access the Service. Only referraled members can make purchases, receive earnings, and request withdrawals.
- Members must provide accurate and truthful information of his or hers receiving wallet address when request withdrawals. Providing false information may result in incorrect transfer.
4. RANDOMLTS offers Stable coin (USDT, USDC etc)-based random Position Lotto Operation. Revenue distribution and usage terms are subject to RANDOMLTS’s operational policies.
5. "Stable coin (USDT, USDC etc)-based random Position Lotto Operation" refers to RANDOMLTS’s Smart-contract-based decentralized transparent random position Lotto operation service and withdrawal in cryptocurrency distribution service.
6. "Smart-contract-based decentralized transparent service" refers to a service in which users purchase tickets in cryptocurrencies managed or sold through RANDOMLTS, either directly or via third-party consignment sales, to receive winning profits or rewards through decentralized payment system.
Article 3 (Service Overview)
1. RANDOMLTS provides various services, including referral-based registration, stable coin-based ticket purchase, decentralized-transparent-withdrawal, and Winning results-information searches.
2. Members can access the Service using internet-enabled devices such as PCs, Pads and mobile phones.
3. Detailed information regarding the Service is available through official announcements and customer support channels.
Article 4 (User Registration and Account Management)
1. Referraled-applicants can become members by agreeing to these Terms of Service and completing the registration process.
2. User registration is subject to RANDOMLTS’s approval. Once approved, users will be assigned an account.
3. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information.
4. Users may not sell, transfer, or lease their accounts to others.
Article 5 (Privacy Protection)
1. RANDOMLTS collects and uses personal information only to the extent necessary to provide the Service and complies with applicable privacy laws.

Article 6 (Third-Party Data Sharing Consent)

Article 7 (Service Restrictions and Contract Termination)
1. Members may face service restrictions if they engage in the following activities:
- Providing false information
- Unauthorized use of another member’s account
- Using automated programs to access the Service
- Spreading false information or impersonating RANDOMLTS
- Violating applicable laws or RANDOMLTS’s operational policies
2. If RANDOMLTS imposes service restrictions or terminates a contract, members will be notified in advance.
3. If a member voluntarily withdraws, all personal data—except as required by law—will be deleted.
Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)
1. RANDOMLTS is not responsible for service disruptions caused by force majeure events, user negligence, or willful misconduct.
2. RANDOMLTS is not liable for special, indirect, or punitive damages arising from service use.
Article 9 (Operational Policies and Other Provisions)
1. RANDOMLTS may establish additional operational policies beyond these Terms of Service.
2. These policies include but are not limited to:
- Ethical obligations of members
- Prohibition of false information dissemination
- Protection of service representatives' rights
- Prohibition of unauthorized use of personal data
3. Matters not covered in these Terms of Service will be governed by applicable laws and individual service policies.
Operational Policies
1. Prohibition of Unauthorized Member Recruitment
- Users must not solicit or induce members from other centers or groups to join their own.
2. Prohibition of External Business Promotion
- Users must not promote, solicit, or sell any business or services that are not officially provided by RANDOMLTS.
- Any information, contacts, or platforms obtained through RANDOMLTS must not be used for external business purposes.
3. Prohibition of False Information
- Members must not create or spread false information about RANDOMLTS, its related personnel, organizations, or partners.
- Unauthorized modifications or distribution of official announcements are strictly prohibited.
4. Prohibition of Impersonation
- Users must not impersonate RANDOMLTS representatives or distribute unofficial information.
5. Protection of Service Representatives
- Any verbal, physical, or online abuse (including through phone calls, emails, social media, or Customer Service) towards RANDOMLTS staff is strictly prohibited.
- Repeatedly requesting services that have already been denied may be considered obstruction of business.
6. Privacy Protection
- Any personal information acquired through business activities with RANDOMLTS must be kept confidential.
- Users must not use or share others' personal data without permission.
7. Ethical Business Conduct
- Members must conduct business honestly and professionally, adhering to RANDOMLTS’s operational guidelines.
- Only officially approved and verified RANDOMLTS information may be used.
- Members must personally carry out all business activities—proxy activities are not allowed.
8. Compensation and Deductions
- Payouts are made in accordance with RANDOMLTS’s decentralized withdrawal plan and internal regulations.
- If any debts or refund obligations arise due to withdrawal or cancellation, compensation payments may be deducted accordingly.
9. Decision-Making and Transaction Requests
- All ticket purchasing, User registration, and transaction decisions must be made by the user personally.
- RANDOMLTS does not guarantee ticket purchase principal or returns.
10. Contract Termination and Refund Policy
- Once a purchase is completed, cancellations are not allowed.
- However, contract termination may be permitted under the following conditions:
• Ownership is transferred to a third party who will process the refund directly.
• Unauthorized or fraudulent payments have been verified.
- During the termination process, RANDOMLTS may require additional supporting documents.
11. Security and System Integrity
- Unauthorized access or any activity that harms the system’s integrity is strictly prohibited.
- Violations may result in service restrictions or withdrawal limitations, subject to review and evidence submission.
- Any personal information provided during verification will be considered voluntarily submitted by the user.
- Violating these policies may result in suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or other penalties.
Article 10 (Service Changes and Discontinuation)
1. RANDOMLTS may modify or discontinue part or all of the services as needed for operational reasons.
2. If foreseeable, service changes will be announced in advance. However, in unavoidable situations, notifications may be provided afterward.
Article 11 (Amendments to the Terms of Service)
1. RANDOMLTS may revise these Terms of Service due to changes in law or service operations, with at least seven days’ notice.
2. If a member disagrees with the revised terms, they may discontinue service usage and withdraw their membership.
3. Continued service usage after the revised terms are announced will be considered acceptance of the changes.
These Terms of Service take effect on May 5, 2025.
